This shrimp is air-fried to perfection with a great seasoning. You are welcome to dispose of the tails if you’d like; however, I prefer to keep them on for use as a handle. Accompany with your preferred dipping sauce or cocktail sauce.

Components
- One tablespoon of Old Bay or other seafood seasoning
- One-third cup paprika
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- One-half tsp dried parsley
- ¼ teaspoon of black pepper, ground
- two big, beaten eggs
- One dozen large shrimp, deveined, peeled, and with their tails left on.
- nonstick cooking spray
Guidelines
Set an air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, or 200 degrees Celsius.
- Combine flour, paprika, Old Bay, salt, parsley, and black pepper in a resealable plastic bag that holds a gallon. To mix, seal and shake. Beaten eggs should be put in a shallow bowl.
- Dry the shrimp with paper towels. Add shrimp to seasoned flour, working in batches, and toss to mix. After dipping shrimp into beaten eggs, coat them again in spiced flour. Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket when you add the breaded shrimp. Apply a thin layer of nonstick frying spray to the tops.
- Simmer for four minutes in the preheated air fryer. Take off the cover and apply nonstick cooking spray to any areas that appear chalky. After about three minutes, close the lid and cook until the desired crispness is achieved.
