    Mix Ingredients:

      • In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and butter. Toss until the apples are evenly coated.

      Add to Instant Pot:

        • Place the apple mixture in the Instant Pot. Add the water (or apple juice) to the pot.

        Cook:

          • Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and select “Pressure Cook” (or “Manual”) on high for 4 minutes.
          • Once the cooking time is up, perform a quick release to release the pressure.

          Serve:

            • Carefully open the lid and stir the apples gently. They should be tender and coated in a syrupy sauce.
            • Serve warm on their own or over ice cream, oatmeal, or pancakes.

            Tips

            • Variety: Feel free to mix different types of apples for varied flavors and textures.
            • Add-ins: You can add raisins or chopped nuts for extra texture and flavor.
            • Storage: Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat before serving.

            Enjoy your warm cinnamon apples!
